Salmon Stew with Bacon and Asparagus

My first time to cook this one and my son just love it. Another recipe addition to our favorite salmon fish… :)

Ingredients:
12oz Salmon Fillet
3 stalk Fresh Asparagus (sliced)
2 rasher bacon (sliced)
1 cup Cream soup of Chicken (canned)
1/2 cup water

Marinade:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 white pepper
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp corn flour

Procedure:
1. Cut Salmon into chunks. Mix with marinade and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Fry bacon and asparagus. Add cream soup of chicken and water. Bring to the boil.
3. Add Salmon and gently cook till done.
Serve hot.

Cooking tips:
Cut Salmon into large cubes and cook over gentle heat to give best result.
