Pumpkin Fries

I’m sure you saw a lot of pumpkins during the halloween :)
but this time let’s use those pumpkins and cook as fries…

PUmpkin Fries
Serving size: 6
Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Japanese Pumpkin : 1, peeled and cut into 4cm lengthwise
Seasoning : sea salt flakes and freshly grounded
black pepper to taste
Oil :
• Grapeseed oil for deep-frying
• Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Method:
1. Heat oil for deep-frying.
2. Add freshly sliced pumpkin strips into the hot oil for 2 minutes. Drain, put them in a tray, season well, roast for 15 minutes. Drizzle generously with olive oil for extra crispiness.
