PostHeaderIcon Fried spare ribs with lemon and butter

One of my favorite food to cook.

I got the recipe from a newspaper clipping and looks yummy on the photo and so I tried it…
And indeed it was soooo great! The husband loves it and my son likes the sauce… :)

Without further intro, here’s the recipe which you’d like to try too:

Ingredients:

1 lb. Spare ribs
1 tbsp butter
1/2 lemon

Seasoning 1:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
pinch of pepper

Seasoning 2:
1/4 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp sugar

Proedure:
1. Wash the spare ribs. Chop into 1 inch length.Mix it with seasong1.
Parboil into hot oil. Take out until it turns golden. Wait for use.
2. Mash the lemon peel. Squeeze out the juice and wait for use.
3. Heat the butter and add lemon peel. Then put seasoning 2 and stir fry.
4. Add spare ribs and stir until all the spare ribs coated with the sauce.
5. Dish up.

Enjoy! :)

Anything with lemon, extra virgin olive oil, or balsamic vinegar is good. Add those aromatic fresh herbs from your own garden preferably, and we’re good to go!

    Cheers!
