French Toast
This is one of my favorite breakfast… and the 2 boys love it too.
Easy to prepare and so quick
Want to do it your own? Here’s how:
Ingredients:
Bread (usually I sliced into 4 squares)
2 eggs
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
Procedure:
1. Beat eggs and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk.
2. Melt just enough of the butter to lightly coat nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat, reserving remaining butter for additional batches. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, 1 at a time, coating well. Drain excess.
3. Place bread in skillet; cook 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
That’s it! Enjoy your breakfast and that’s nice paired with hot coffee or tea, LOL!
Have great day everyone!
