Morning savior

Published by admin under Breakfast, Foodies

:D If I’m run out of time preparing breakfast, cereals, milk and bread to the rescue! hehe…

fresh milk and cereals cheese bread with sausage

Usually I cooked rice meal for our breakfast. Though my son have their snack in school, it will be served around 10:30 or 11am so I make sure he has his morning breakfast. Most of the time, I re-heat the leftover food we had the previous night. If there’s no leftover, I cooked but the quick ones only. But if there’s no more time let’s say I woke up late, then the above food will be my morning savior, hehe…

Leftover and re-heating food isn’t really good for health, as they lose much of their nutritional values.. and breakfast is the most important meal in the day.. so make sure that you have something worthwhile!
