Blueberry-Mango Mish-Mash Mush

This baby recipe is suitable for 6 – 9 months. The simple process makes a great breakfast or a special sweet treat anytime. The wheat germ is a good source of Vitamin E, B vitamins and iron, and the berries are packed with antioxidants.

Try to experiment with different fruit combinations for different tastes.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup blueberries, wash and remove any stems
1/4 cup mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup tofu (chose softer types)
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp wheat germ

Process: Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve.
