Peanut Butter blossoms

Planning meals and baking stuff for the holiday is one of my favorite things to do during this season. And that includes baking cookies for the kids and will give also to our cousins. While browsing on different all-time favorite Christmas cookies this morning I saw this peanut butter blossoms, which look like an ATV Wheels ready to hit the road, hehe…. I remember I made a peanut butter jelly cookies before and I think the process and ingredients is almost similar with this one. I’m sure kids will love this…

Here’s the recipe if you want to try:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Milk chocolate kisses or stars

How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl beat shortening and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add the 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour.

2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in the 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are firm and bottoms are lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie’s center. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool. Makes 54 cookies.

To store: Place in layers separated by waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

beautiful house interior design

I love light blue colors hence this blue kitchen caught my attention and sooo perfect! My ultimate wish once we have our own house is a big cozy kitchen like this. Even the lightings, the tables and cabinets are really great.

Next is not a kitchen but a striped bathroom. And I like that bold stripe paint. This give me an idea to paint in big, bold stripes to make the room look really big. The sink, which is one of the nice pedestal sinks, makes this room perfect and attractive.

I’m overwhelmed with soo many beautiful designs from kitchen, bathroom, dining, living and bed rooms… how I wish we could do the same. Hopefully when we have our own house sooonnn… ;)

for acne problems

We know there are lots of acne products in the market like therapores, but it is best if we are aware also at some foods that may cause an outbreak of pimples. Most people know that high fat content foods like French fries and chocolate will cause them to have an outbreak of acne. Aside from that, there are other foods that should be avoided like the two below:

1. Dairy products that includes milk, cheese and yogurt.
2. Red meat also have the same effect as dairy products.

But remember, eating a healthy balanced diet is still important not only for the skin but for the whole body.

Fuel your body

Improve performance and feel younger are some of the benefits of hgh releasers. However taking healthy foods are more advisable to fuel your body with right nutrition. There are certain antioxidants that have been shown to fight cancer, boost immunity and keep bones strong. Two of the most common are:

Beans
They’re loaded with phytochemicals, which may protect cells from damage that potentially causes cancer.

Prunes
These wrinkly little dried fruits are rich in vitamin K and a top source of the mineral boron and we need both for strong bones.
