Food Friday

cheesy fish fritters

My first time to do this last Tuesday as our lunch. I followed the recipe from Connie’s Cheesy Fish Fritters and I use salmon fish fillet, which the one available on our fridge that day. And because it has cheese on it, not to mention it’s crunchy my son loved it and even asked me to cook again as his food on our picnic last Wednesday at Sai Kung… Funny because he’s asking our friends to try his food saying… “it’s yummy right?”…. hahaha!

Well, another recipe added on our everyday meal… :)

Happy Friday everyone! Thanks for dropping by…
