Yummy!

A perfect match to my coffee. Our snack yesterday and today, LOL!

The residue from the carrot juice that the husband made last Wednesday prompted me to bake carrot cake. Well, he kept on bugging me to bake one since last week. So I baked this and sooooo good compared to my carrot cupcake. I’m proud of this one and I can truly say it’s really yummy, hahaha! The husband loves it. It’s not too sweet. And the carrots were perfectly mixed. Now I realized it’s good to use the one extracted from the juicer. I will definitely bake this one again and I will try the one with cream cheese topping… yezzz!
