For healthy hair and prevent hair loss
Hair loss is a common factor among men and women and most of us face this kind of problem. As you can see in the market today, there are lots of hair loss cure that can be used for treatment.
On the other hand, following a healthy diet plan can also prevent hair loss. I’ve read in a magazine some of the foods that will promote hair growth and make it healthy too:
~ Egg
~ Green leafy vegetables
~ Salmon
~ Beans
~ Nuts
~ Oranges
~ Whole grains
~ Poultry
~ Low-Fat Dairy Products
~ Water. This is the most important of all. Good hydration is needed for a healthy body and healthy hair.
Aside from the above food, it’s also helpful to have strong hairs if you limit alcohol intake, stop smoking and regular exercise.
