my Coffee + toasted bread with Jam
Nothing beats the aroma of hot coffee paired with toasted bread with Jam on early morning… well at least for me, hahaha…
That’s my first coffee for the day then I toasted 4 slices of bread with butter on it and spread Jam on top after the toast. I use an apricot jam, which is my favorite. I prepared this after the big guy left for office and the little boy still asleep.. ♥♥ the short ‘me’ time….
Anyway, I have this breakfast while browsing different vacation spots on the net and even checked Orlando vacation rentals for more options. And the more I enjoyed my toasted bread when I saw photos of the beach and relaxing view of the hotels…. AH! how I wish we could go for a long break for this year. Well, I have to pray for that!
