Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are very common and can happen to anyone. Fortunately, it can be treated and you can find best hemorrhoid treatment in the market. And once your hemorrhoids heal, stay free of pain by choosing the right food.
Increased straining from constipation or diarrhea are common causes of hemorrhoids. And constipation is due to low-fiber diet, insufficient water, too much lactic acid from dairy products, or a vitamin E deficiency. Also try avoiding much coffee, alcohol, bad fats, animal products and red meat, as they may cause constipation as well. Instead try eating foods with high fibers from fruits and vegetables. It is best to eat at least 25-35 grams as most people eat only 8 – 12 grams per day.
Preventing hemorrhoids is the best way to deal with them. Hence, we should always keep in mind: to eat wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, lead a physically active lifestyle, and drink plenty of water.

Yummy Meals
These foodies will sure crave you to eat more so make sure you know where to check the most effective diet pills that works best for you, hahaa…
I was uploading photos from my iPhone and I saw these yummy foodies that we have couple of days before New Year. I remember this was our lunch but I forgot the names, LOL! They were all great!
The first photo was the husband’s order. Nice presentation, huh! Obviously that’s a Mussels. I tried a little of this and it’s spicy.

Then this was my order and nothing special on it, haha….

But wait, did you take a closer look of the rice… it’s actually a shrimp rice or something like that haha (I can’t remember exactly how they call it) and I love it. It taste great! Mind you the serving was very big and I finished it, haha!
That was sure a nice treat.
Getting fit
Browsing with these different treadmills inspired me to go back with my regular exercise again. It’s been a while since I use our exercise machine at home. Well, maintaining my proper weight has been always my priority when it comes in getting fit. With my back problem I’m not supposed to get fat in the first place. However, for the last few months my workout has been set aside and I wasn’t able to maintain my desired weight… Hence I got some health problems lately that lead me to see a doctor. And the only thing I HAVE to do is regular exercise. Of course, I have to watch out for my diet too and from now take out all those bad carbs and eat more vegetables and fruits…
Baked Salmon and Peaches

I cooked this last Saturday with much excitement since it’s a new recipe on our household. We’re a big fan of salmon fish especially my little boy which is his top most favorite food. That’s why salmon fish shouldn’t be forgotten on our weekly grocery. And last Saturday, I was thinking of cooking the salmon fish on a different way. Thanks to pinoycook.net and here I got a new way of cooking it plus I was able to use the remaining peaches in can that we have after the holidays.
Not to mention it’s easy and simple to cook.
And the result…. my little boy likes it especially the sweet combination of peaches. ![]()
