Arthritis

I’ve been reading facts about arthritis, the symptoms, and related arthritis treatment. It’s not that I have one already but I’m seeing some symptoms that may lead on that. Since I have scoliosis, my doctor told me that it’s more likely to have arthritis so it’s important to eat the right foods. As what I have read in one article, “changing the way you eat will change the way you feel.”

People that have arthritis commonly have high level of acidity. (And from what I know, I’m one of those.) Reducing intake of acid-forming foods such as sugar, alcohol, vinegar, COFFEE, meat and dairy products can decrease acidity. Intake of alkaline-forming foods could also help decrease acidity and that includes vegetables. And as a general rule of thumb, the greener the vegetable, the more it will help increase alkalinity in the body.
