Proper diet to avoid acne
Apart from looking the best acne treatment, I’m also searching the natural way to avoid acne more specifically foods to clear acne. And after reading couple of articles, it boils down to one realization that the best way to avoid acne is to have a regular diet.
Here are the things I have noted and a big reminder for myself:
(1) One best advice is to have lots fruits and vegetables preferably 4-5 servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit in a day.
(2) Another top recommendation is to drink lots of water. I have read that if you really want to feel the effect of water, drink half your body weight in ounces daily. For example if you weight 120 lbs, drink 60 ounces of water a day.
(3) Addiction to tea or coffee is not good for acne. Now that would be the hardest part on me, haha. I’m such a coffee addict up to this time. I even drink coffee 2-3 cups a day, haha! I guess I have to cut it gradually. The husband would also tell me to lessen my coffee intake. So I think from now on I have to try to cut back this one.
Those are just few of the many tips I have read. I just take note those things that I know I’m guilty of. However, if you have moderate or severe acne simple dietary treatment may not be enough. In that case, best acne treatment may be required.
