Pineapple Popsicle

It was my sons’ unending requests that led us to make this Popsicle, LOL!

He got the idea from the show “Tasty Time with ZeFronk” , one of the shows at Playhouse Disney channel and it’s called “ZeFronksicles” …. He even knows the process and the ingredients to use.

So one Sunday afternoon after our mass we bought an ice popsicle tray and decided to have pineapple juice as our fruit juice ingredient. We just pour the juice on the tray, put it on the fridge and freeze until solid.

And here our Pineapple popsicles…

Yummy and we all love it especially Migs. He even finished 2, haha!

From then on, we always do this popsicle. We have tried apple juice as well and it’s great.
And right now, I have one set on the fridge for tonight’s dessert, hehe…

For those who wanted to try, I have below the simple steps following ZeFronk’s recipe:

Ingredients:
* any fruit juice (100% orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice or pineapple juice)

Directions:
* Pour fruit juice into an ice cube tray or the popsicle tray just like what we use.
* If using an ice cube tray, cover with plastic wrap. Push a toothpick through the plastic into each of the cubes.
* Put inside the fridge and freeze until solid.
* Remove plastic wrap (if using the ice cube tray).
* If using the popsicle tray, dip into little water for few seconds to loosen up.
* Enjoy the popsicle.
