Diningding
This has been part of our menu almost every week, LOL!
It’s the husband who cooked this one and I just LOVE it…. And instead of fish, we use shrimps to mix with the veggies…
A closer look 
Though sometimes so hard to look for saluyot here in Hong Kong. They don’t have it at the wet market. So we always check at this supermarket – City Super, which sells almost international food stuff… and yes it costs expensive when I convert it to peso, hahaha!

I’d take shrimps anytime over fish. I’d like my shrimp in sour soup too.
ay ang galing ng dinigding mo mare malalaking shrimps iba version nyo ah .. kami yung super liit at hindi masyadong masabaw.. pwede din pala fish? pero mas masarap ang shrmp no?
i thought at first that diningding is a kind of desert. LOL! bisaya kasi ako… and your diningding looks a lot like sinigang! i love all the veggies that you put in it!

This is a favorite sa house namin yun nga lang Im allergic to shrimp kaya hindi ako madalas mag cook nyan instead pork sinigang na lang niluluto ko!
