Salad
It’s been awhile since I prepared salad. I remember early part of 2007 we usually do this as our dinner but I don’t know why all of sudden we stop, LOL! I browsed my old journal on cooking and found that Chili Chicken and Cashew Salad, which I have made. Now I’m interested to do this again so I have to staple this photo here. I’m not sure though if I can still recall how I made this one, hahahaha! I’m gonna share here once I’ve done it okies… For now, let me just share that photo and that I can remember to make this salad soon…
