Silicone baking cups
I’ve seen these cute silicone baking cups at the store already and wanted to buy. Reusable oven-safe cups in fun colors and exciting shapes. I like the batter fill line that’s very convenient. At least you know already up to what point you’re going to fill the batter on it. Just the right amount to make a nice shape of cupcake…

Oh I love these silly cute stuff, hahaha! I have to save and get my own. I want to practice doing those cute design huh!
Crispy Chocolate Ice Cream Mud Pie
Another no-bake recipe that I got, which can chill out this summer… an ice cream pie…

a jewelry gift
Thinking of nice gift for birthday or special occasion? If you cannot bake a yummy cake or cupcake for the celebrant just try to look for a beautiful and memorable present. Like for instance a jewelry present that will look them gorgeous. I’m sure you’re going to say it’s expensive but why not check those shop that offers discount or sale and yet still in high quality. One example is the holsted jewelers. I especially like their set savings. They even have gifts under $50, which are really fashionably smart. I’m currently browsing their site, and found best value collection. I’ll try to see if I can get something for my mom whose celebrating her 70th birthday soon. Surely she will like it!
Sundae Fun Cupcake
Aww… I just love this!

Chanced upon at wilton site and what a cool and fun idea huh!
So after baking the cupcake, let it cool then position it on sundae glass just like the one on the photo. Top with a scoop of ice cream and cover with fudge sauce. Hmmm, yummy!
Then swirl whipped cream on top. Don’t forget to put cherry and some sprinkles and you have sundae fun cupcake… Oh, I like this… great great idea and nice for this summer….
Eye protection
If not with my good eyesight, probably I’m wearing a prescription eyeglass right now and most likely the cheaper one like $8 Rx eyeglasses. I can’t imagine how hard it is to cook if I’m wearing eyeglasses. On the other hand, I was thinking it’s best to have a protection especially I’m always in front of computer. At times, I could feel eyestrain and I guess that’s one good thing having an eye protection. As I watched Zenni Optical on TV!!! , they mentioned that this is the one that has nice frames that’s best to protect the eyes. No wonder one consumer was able to write the article High Five to Zenni Optical as it’s really has good benefits not only for adults but for kids as well…
Silver
Because of its many uses, silver has been regarded as precious metal. It has been known since ancient times and was used to make ornaments, jewelry, high-value tableweare, utensils and currency coins. In addition to that, it’s been use as food additive used solely for external decoration such as on chocolate confectionery and decoration of sugarcoated flour confectionery. No wonder most financial analysts believe that this precious metal is one of the worlds’ most important commodities and that makes it valuable as investment too. And glad to know there are companies like MDC whom we can trust as leading provider of precious metals. At least buying silver at a good price makes easy from leading dealer itself.
Chocolate fluted Kisses cups
I spotted this sweet goodness while browsing on Hershey’s website. I always check that site for new and sweet recipes if I want to indulge myself into chocolate baking. Last weekend I baked another square of almond chews so this coming week I want to try another recipe… And this a perfect one. I need to staple the recipe here so I won’t forget:

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups HERSHEY’S Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate or 1 HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Bar (6 oz.), broken into pieces
24 HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING (recipe follows)
Instructions:
1. Line small muffin cups (1-3/4 inches in diameter) with small paper bake cups.
2. Place small chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. With small brush, coat inside of paper cups with melted chocolate.
3. Refrigerate 20 minutes; coat any thin spots. Refrigerate until firm, preferably overnight. Gently peel paper from chocolate cups.
4. Prepare PEANUT BUTTER FILLING; spoon into chocolate cups. Cover; refrigerate before serving. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. Before serving, top each cup with chocolate piece. About 24 servings.
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
1 cup REESE’S Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter in small bowl until smooth. About 1-1/3 cups filling.

Ice creams
It’s getting hot in here, LOL! and to beat this summer heat, ice cream to the rescue!

Lately, we have that sweet indulgence always present in our fridge. Though we’re trying to avoid eating ice cream everyday, we can’t resists to have at least a single cone, haha… and that makes us cool down. The little boy just love it especially the fruity strawberry flavor… and my favorite is that Almond Marble… yummy! Maybe this weekend we’ll try to have halo-halo… hehehe…
Stock options
Most people are into investing stocks lately and keeping their hopes to have a better profit from what they invest. We’re one of those and though there has been a rapid slowdown due to economic change, we’re still hoping that it will achieve our profit goals. Another thing that we’re checking into is the stock options. I started reading articles about how this options work, the benefits and other related information. And it’s interesting to note that there are tools to use for best returns such as the Power Options. They provide data to the investor that will help the later control and analyze any optionable stocks. As I picture it, that helps to filter out and most likely achieve your goals. I still have a lot to learn about this investment but I’m glad there are comprehensive information that can be read on the internet. A big help indeed.
