Chocolate Mousse
Love chocolates and this one is such a popular treat given on holidays, birthday or for any special occasion. And I’m sure a nice drink too after watching any shows particularly one of those Las Vegas Shows…. But a nice bet for those craving for any sweet indulgence… Another recipe from City Super flyer…

Ingredients: (serving size: 6)
• 70% chocolate 250g
• Whipping cream 1/2 cup
• Milk 25ml
• Caster sugar 1/2 cup
• Salt a dash
• Egg yolks 3 pieces
• Whipped cream, for garnishing
Method:
1. Melt the chocolate slowly in a bowl surrounded with warm water.
2. Beat egg yolks with sugar and salt till it turns to a pale yellow.
3. Heat the whipping cream with the milk till they slightly boil. Cool and mix with the egg yolk mixture.
4. Then, fold the yolk mixture in step 3 into the chocolate mixture. Pour into small cups and refrigerate
them for at least 2 hours.
Dark chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate. Chocolates have some natural antioxidants too.”–
