Preparation time: 10 minutes

2 peaches, peeled and sliced
150g strawberries, roughly chopped
4 mint leaves
1/2 cup (125ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice
1-2 tablespoons honey

1. Remove the rind and seeds from the melon and cut the flesh into pieces.
2. Place the rockmelon, peaches, strawberries and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add the buttermilk, orange juice and 1 tablespoon of the honey and blend to combine. Taste for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

Note: This drink should be consumed within 3 hours of being made in order to retain color and freshness of flavor.
