Salmon with Garlic and Lemon Grass
One of my favorites… easy to prepare and cook.

Ingredients:
12oz Salmon Fillet
2 stalk Lemon Grass (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp fish sauce
Procedure:
1. Cut Salmon into large chunks. Mix with marinade and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Gently fry garlic and lemon grass.
3. Place Salmon on tinfoil. Top with lemon grass and garlic and black pepper. Seal tinfoil.
4. Bake in 180C oven for 15 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve hot.
Cooking Tips:
Fry lemon grass and garlic over gently heat till brown to develop a rich flavor.
