Hash Brown Omelette

Food Friday

Our breakfast this morning :)

hash Brown Omelette

I was thinking of food that I can include some veggies and that the little boy will not recognize at all, hehe… so I made this one. I have the recipe below in case you want to try it too:

Preparation time: 15mins.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated potato
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tbsps grated low-fat cheese
2 eggs,lightly beaten
oil

Procedure:
Squeeze excess moisture from grated potato and put in small bowl with carrot, cheese, and egg. Stir well to combine. Heat oil in non-stick frying pan. Put egg mixture in pan, and shape into round . Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, then turn over and cook other side for 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Enjoy! :)

Happy Weekend everyone!

Did the little guy ate that? that looks masarap. Am glad my daughter is beyond that stage already. She now eats vege herself because she can read na what the vege can do to our health.
