Preparation time: 10 minutes
Makes 4 x 250ml glasses
2 (800g) fresh mangoes, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup (125ml) milk)
1 cup (250ml) buttermilk

2 scoops mango gelatin
50g blueberries
1. Place the mango, milk, buttermilk, sugar and gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve garnished with the blueberries.
Enjoy your smoothie!

the first one with littlest pet shop cake toppers… a nice birthday cake for those pet lovers…

I guess there’s also available pet supplies cake toppers that would go on that theme cake like a dog bowl for instance… I’m sure it looks really cute or maybe a bowl like cake for puppies, isn’t? I think I have seen one like that before… I just can’t remember where? hehe….
Then showing you next cupcakes with puppy-shaped cake topper candles… a nice design idea…

Food Choices #12
Before reading some articles on car insurance comparison, let me finish one last pending for this meme…
1. Which kitchen gadget would you need for preparing meals for the family (except the usual stove, microwave, knives, etc) and why?
~ food steamer. We minimize using oil lately hence we have our food steamer ready always.
2. What is your easiest and fastest meal in terms of preparation? Care to share how you do it?
~ steamed fish. Easy and no need to watch always.
3. Do you cook everyday? In batches? Please tell me your cooking schedule.
~ Yes I do cook everday… No particular cooking schedule but my busy time usually at night. When I prepare dinner I also include portion for the husband’s packed lunch. In the morning, I prepare breakfast for the boys. If in case, there’s no packed lunch prepared the previous night or no leftover (this seldom happened), I cook meal in the morning (I have to get up early in this case)… then this will be our lunch as well. Then cook again for dinner, etc…
4. Please share a recipe you have done.
~ it’s actually the husband’s recipe- his own version of vegetable tomato soup
… I’m going to share it later on… it’s on our menu schedule next week.
5. Any advice on which seasonings I should have at all times?
~ soysauce, fish sauce (patis), ground pepper, iodized salt. We do have mixed herbs also, which we always put on salmon and some soup.
