Pancit Bihon (Stir-fried Vermicelli)

I guess almost all Filipinos love this Pansit Bihon and usually present during birthdays. In our household, the husband would love to cook this. I love it. And that particular photo was taken during hubby’s post birthday treat to our friends few weeks ago.

Pancit bihon is my favorite pinoy noodle dish! Love it!
my all-time-favorite noodle! i prefer bijon over canton…at meron pang pansit-puti that we buy from pasong tamo in makati. sobrang sarap!
