Carrot Cake
Yummy!

A perfect match to my coffee. Our snack yesterday and today, LOL!
The residue from the carrot juice that the husband made last Wednesday prompted me to bake carrot cake. Well, he kept on bugging me to bake one since last week. So I baked this and sooooo good compared to my carrot cupcake.
I’m proud of this one and I can truly say it’s really yummy, hahaha! The husband loves it. It’s not too sweet. And the carrots were perfectly mixed. Now I realized it’s good to use the one extracted from the juicer. I will definitely bake this one again and I will try the one with cream cheese topping… yezzz!
Birthday foodies :=)
Yes, another overdue post here, hahaha…. Well, I posted on my other blog on how we celebrate the husband’s birthday but I didn’t post yet the food we had that day.
Last month, I was already thinking what menu I’m going to cook. But a day before his birthday, I decided to just bake a cupcake and have food delivery, hehe…
So here’s the chocolate cupcake I made for him. 6 cuppies only. We can’t finish more than that, hahaha. We’re only 3 at home.

I baked it Friday morning then put butter cream icing in the afternoon. Migs helped me by putting sprinkles, which his favorite thing to do.
Our food delivery from Pizza hut
(I forgot the name of this pizza, hahaha)

Hehe, I don’t have photo of other food already. Only took the above photo as we’re all hungry and no time for picture galore, hehe.
Thanks for peeking!
Blueberry Cheesecake
This is our favorite at Starbucks, the Blueberry Cheesecake.

Hubby and I love it. You noticed there were 2 slices?
Yes, one slice for each of us and mind you we finished that, hahaha!!! But wait! My little boy and I shared, hehe (though what he wanted mostly was to pick the berries, hahaha!)
Thanks for looking! Have a beautiful friday everyone!
BBQ Pork
One of my favorite Chinese foods…

Yummy!

Our Holiday food
My overdue post, hahahaha!
We don’t have much food during the holidays. We’re only 3 at home (2 adults; 1 kiddo) plus I hate leftovers, LOL!. Well it’s ok to have some leftover but not to the point that we have to consume for 3 days, hahaha… that’s what I really hate…
Anyways, here are the foodies that we enjoyed last holidays (Christmas and New Year).
You may click the image for larger view.

The first 2 above was during Christmas and the rest prepared on New Year…
And oh, we also had spaghetti last Christmas but I forgot to take a photo, hehe… I especially love our fruit salad. It’s the real fruits that we use.
The husband cooked the crab and the prawns, we both prepared the salad and the rest by me.
So that’s it. Not much but all of us were so full.
Where’s the mommy chef?
LOL! I’m still right here and staring this abandoned blog of mine, hahahaha… And today exactly 1 month since my last post… Oh my! Sorry for no updates. I’ve been thinking to have this kind of blog and yet I’m not updating it regularly, shame on me huh!
Anyway, I plan to jump into Project 365 taking shots of foods everyday but I’m already late. Maybe I can have 52 weeks instead. Let’s see if I can do that, hehe…
For now, I’m going to sum up the holiday food we had. It’s not that much though but let me share what hubby and I prepared. Check it on my next post…
By the way, to those who happened to peek in here, thanks a bunch. I’ll try to be good this year! Hahaha….
